Students give back to their local community
Last Friday, Nui students held a mufti day to show their support for ending domestic violence. Students were encouraged to dress in black and purple, the national colours of domestic violence awareness. Gold coin donations were taken, with over $1000 being raised for this worthy cause. In conjunction with this, a food drive appeal was also held and a huge selection of non-perishable items were collected for distribution in our local community. A fantastic effort from our students, with a true display of care for our community.
