Well done to all of our candidates who spoke at assembly!

Last Thursday, students at Nui united in the hall to hear the candidate speeches of those students applying to be the Head Students for 2021. This year we had 16 applicants--a true testament to the leadership in this Year 13 cohort! The hopeful students were honored to have whanau, community members, and a significant amount of former students attend the assembly to support them. Interviews will be conducted next week and our Head Students will be announced shortly after that. In the meantime, we wanted to acknowledge the students who bravely put their names forward for these positions. You all spoke very well,  and we are very fortunate to have such a mature, passionate group of people to lead our school.
