Nui students show off their skills

Last week, some of our students participated in the Get2Go Adventure Race, where our teams placed 1st and 6th respectively, out of 20 teams. Our students did a great job of working as a team, and remaining focused throughout the three challenges (SUP, MTB and orienteering). However, our greatest strength was in the orienteering navigation, where we scored the top result, and this ultimately contributed to the win. 

This is massive for the sport, and a huge accomplishment for the eight students who now have an invitation to the Grand final on Great Barrier Island in December. This will involve 5 days of intense competition against top teams from 11 other schools around the country. Fantastic work!
