A couple of weeks ago we sent a large number of students who qualified to compete at the Bay of Plenty secondary schools athletics meet. They had to qualify from our school athletics finals day in order to attend.
Following that, if they finished in the Top 6, they were invited to compete at the Waikato / Bay of Plenty athletics meet. There were some amazing results. One of the outcomes of this event is for the region to select their team to represent WaiBoP at the upcoming North Island Secondary Schools Championships.
