Outstanding result for our Junior Prem Basketball team!
Our Junior Boys Prems Basketball team have finished up 4th at the Junior Premierships held in Rotorua!
This is an outstanding result and one that the boys and management should be extremely proud of!
In pool play they bet Mount Maunganui College, Papamoa, Gisborne and had a loss to St John's.
They then we onto to play Tauranga in the semi finals. Tauranga were too good and they went onto becoming the champions.
They then had to dig deep and play for 3rd and 4th place against St John’s College. The boys just had nothing left in the tank but ended with smiles on the boys faces & proud of their achievements.
A massive thank you to Daz and his wife Jamie for coaching and managing this team.
Daz is now heading back over to Rotorua to support the senior boys team as they start there premierships campaign today, all the best!
