Bay of Plenty Secondary School Championships
Last Friday seven of our students competed at the Bay of Plenty rock climbing championships at Rocktopia in Mount Maunganui.
They were scored on each of the three disciplines:
- Top Rope
- Speed Climb
- Bouldering
Each requiring a different set of rock climbing skills.
Most of our students work hard each week at the rock climbing facility here in Taupo, so this was a great opportunity to test their skills.
