It was a very chilly but sunny start to the day on Wednesday for the Waikato Bay of Plenty Secondary Schools Cross Country Championships.
We sent three of our students, Oliver Barnett, Thomson Farmer and Christian Burgess.
It was a tough ask as they all competed as 15 and 16 year olds in the Under 20 year old category.
They showed their Tia values, were in great spirits and ran as hard as they could.
